1. Purpose of the Extension

DataGuardMonitor DLP is an enterprise Data Loss Prevention solution designed to help organizations protect confidential information by monitoring and enforcing security policies within supported web applications.

The extension is intended for organizational use and operates under administrator-defined security policies.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your organization's configuration, the extension may collect account information, website activity, file information, website content, and technical information needed for DLP enforcement.

Account Information

  • Email address used during login
  • Authentication method, such as password login or Single Sign-On
  • Login timestamps
  • Login destination

Website Activity

  • Website domains where organizational policies are enforced
  • File upload destinations
  • Security-related browser activity necessary for DLP enforcement

File Information

  • File name
  • File type
  • File size
  • File content, only as required for DLP scanning
  • Upload destination
  • Upload status
  • Security scan results

Website Content

Where required to enforce organizational security policies, the extension may inspect website content associated with uploads or protected business workflows.

Technical Information

  • Browser version
  • Extension version
  • Device identifiers assigned by your organization
  • Security event timestamps
  • Diagnostic information necessary for troubleshooting

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely for enterprise security purposes, including:
